Try to eat your soup recipes in small portions, often. To keep your metabolism firing at optimum rate, you should be eating a small meal every 2 to 3 hours. When your metabolism is burning well, you will burn more calories and fat throughout the day, as a matter of course (even when you’re sleeping!).

    Hey that’s a great tip. I didn’t realize that you can continue to burn at night once you have your metabolism used to eating every two hours.
