Fat burning soup recipe
Ever wondered about a fat burning soup dish? There are several out there, actually, but most of these soup recipes lack balance to meet your daily diet requirements.
Here is a an easy-to-cook, tasty, filling fat burning soup recipe that is complete with all the dietary requirements your body needs.
You will need the following:
½ cup brown rice (minute rice)
3-4 large carrots, sliced
2 16 oz cans ready cut tomatoes
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 large chopped onion
1 large head of cabbage, sliced
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1 bunch celery, sliced
1 32 oz can beef broth
1 large green pepper, sliced
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 large chicken breasts
Method:
Bring a few tablespoons of the chicken stock to a boil then add in the chicken breasts, cut into thin strips. The stock will evaporate, lower the heat, then stir fry the chicken strips until cooked through.
Once done, transfer into a large pot with all the other ingredients, except the brown rice, and bring to a boil on medium high heat.
Once boiling, lower the heat, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes. Add in the brown rice 25 minutes through the cooking process.
Serve and enjoy!
