Thanks for your write-up. My spouse and i have always observed that a lot of people are eager to lose weight because they wish to look slim as well as attractive. Even so, they do not constantly realize that there are many benefits for you to losing weight as well. Doctors state that obese people are afflicted by a variety of health conditions that can be instantly attributed to their excess weight. The good news is that people who're overweight as well as suffering from numerous diseases can reduce the severity of the illnesses by losing weight. It is easy to see a progressive but identifiable improvement in health while even a bit of a amount of weight loss is accomplished.

Hi Hanna!

Sure, you can leave out the onion, but the soup will probably be quite a bit milder. Garlic would be a great substitute. Is it the texture you don't like about onion?

Don't be shy with modifying recipes; all recipes can be improved upon (depending on personal taste ofcourse!).

A lot of these recipes sound so yummy until I read that they have an onion in them. Can I leave the onion out or substitute? For the broccoli and asparagus soup - should I fry them with the garlic (if I leave the onion out) and for how long? Sorry for all the questions, I am clueless when I have to alter a recipe plus I have never made soup before, but you have to start somewhere, right?

Just about any activity can get stale eventually if you do it long enough even in the comfort of your own personal gym. If you’re bored with your routines, or if you feel you have reached a plateau, seek out a trainer who can suggest new workouts to get you motivated. There are different aspects of strength training to explore, and many varieties of lifts and presses, that are sure to ignite your enthusiasm again.

I've been looking for additional recipes that use sweet potatoes. Usually I bake mine with butter and honey (its good!) but I need to diversify. Thanks for these healthy recipes!

Hello! I am really excited to have just stumbled upon your blog! I am also a huge supporter of probiotic foods. I love your blog entry highlighting the benefits of eating such foods. While I personally love and eat fermented foods instilled with probiotics, I also just started working for an awesome company, BAO Food and Drink, that has a line of fermented foods out. So, I just wanted to pass along some links to fellow fermentation lovers. I’d love you to check BAO Food and Drink out and comment what you think! Our main website is http://www.baofoodanddrink.com. Also, “Like” us on facebook: http://www.facebook.com/baofoodanddrink or tweet us comments at http://www.twitter.com/baofoodanddrink. You can also read our blog for more information on the benefits of fermentation and organic food: http://blog.baofoodanddrink.com. Thanks! :)

Great Advice! It's so important to compliment healthy eating with an active lifestyle and vice versa. The thing I most often see neglected is water (as you mention), far too many people try to eat healthy and get fit but make no effort to drink water. It will not only make you healthier it will make you feel better!
